Livingseas Asia is a respected dive center in Bali, specializing in dive education, dive courses, and coral reef restoration. Their mission goes beyond just offering world-class diving experiences—it’s about marine conservation and preserving Bali’s incredible marine biodiversity. However, despite their expertise, they were struggling to tap into their potential client base through LinkedIn, as their presence was underutilized and engagement was low.

Objective
Livingseas Asia sought to boost their leads by increasing their LinkedIn engagement and outreach. The goal was to transform their LinkedIn profile into a powerful tool for client acquisition, helping them connect with more divers and individuals passionate about marine conservation.
Challenges
Livingseas Asia faced several hurdles in generating leads:
- Low LinkedIn Activity: The company’s LinkedIn account was inactive, with minimal content being posted.
- Low Engagement: Their target audience wasn’t interacting with the limited content they were sharing.

Solutions Implemented

Developed an Outreach SOP: I created a step-by-step outreach strategy for connecting with ideal leads via LinkedIn. This process outlined how to craft personalized messages, when to reach out, and how to follow up effectively.
Created a Lead Tracker: To ensure no lead was overlooked, I built a lead tracker system, which allowed Livingseas to track interactions and follow-ups with prospects. This provided them with a clear overview of where each lead stood in the process.
Designed a Lead Magnet: I helped create an engaging lead magnet—a downloadable guide or resource—that provided value to potential clients, incentivizing them to share their contact details in exchange for something useful.
Identified Ideal Leads: By analyzing the target market, we refined the ideal client profile to focus on prospects most likely to be interested in dive courses or conservation efforts. This step allowed us to optimize outreach and increase the chance of conversions.
Results
The impact of these efforts was immediate and measurable:
- Outreach Success: Out of 6 targeted messages sent, 3 responses were received—indicating a strong increase in engagement.
- Discovery Call Secured: One of the responses led to a discovery call, which opened up new potential for collaboration and client acquisition.
